Rosie DMC is a full service destination management company and an effective resource for clients who place a premium on creativity and experience. A DMC division caters specifically for the requirements of conference and incentive group travel to Fiji.

These services range from reservation quotations, hotel bookings, airport arrival and departure facilitation, ground transfers, optional tours, team building events, and unique off site themed dinner experiences.

Meet the Rosie DMC Team

Eroni Puamau, General Manager With over 10 years experience starting with the Fiji Visitors Bureau under its Graduate Trainee program. Eroni has a Bachaelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing, Management and Information Technology from Lincoln University in New Zealand. Co-founder of the successful Internet Online Booking company, FijiBedBank.com and was the Regional Director of Marketing for Fiji Visitors Bureau in Auckland, New Zealand. Eroni is a disciplined leader with a passion for service excellence and winning new business. Two months of each year is devoted to visiting all our key wholesalers in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and Europe and attends all major trade shows.

Chris Green, Director of Sales Conference and Incentives, he most recently held the position of Conference Services Manager for Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, prior to his ‘sea change’ in June 2007. Chris has held Senior Event Management positions in various organizations including Continental, one of New Zealand’s premier catering and event hire specialists on the South Island and also owned his own business Reid’s Store, a Heritage site in Maruia New Zealand. Chris is also a trained chef and has worked in Japan, Australia, the UK and Antarctica.

Brigid Whitton, Director With over 15 years experience in the Tourism Industry including Air Pacific, the Tanoa Group and three years working in Australia, Brigid entered the industry with a Diploma in Hotel Management from Fiji Hotel & Catering School in Suva. Brigid oversees Rosie DMC, servicing the Conference & Incentive markets. She also oversees Rosie Quality and Image program throughout the company.

Litiana Ratunivabea, DMC, Conference and Incentive Product Manager Liti started her career as a school teacher and has been in the industry for over 8 years with Rosie DMC and actively working on developing the Conference and Incentives market to Fiji from Australia, New Zealand, and from North America in close liaison with our General Manager.

Sunil Kumar, Operations Manager Sunil Kumar started with Rosie Holidays in the early 1980’s as a young apprentice tradesman working in the Transport Division garage and quickly established himself and rose through the ranks to become a key member of the DMC team providing ground logistics management support with transportation, rosters, resource requirements etc. He is essentially the “glue” in our DMC team making sure that all program logistics are delivered in a timely manner and according to customer expectations.

Ulalia Kotoisuva Macomber, Marketing Coordinator Brings to the team a wealth of experience in graphic and computer design, her clever and creative abilities can make the ordinary look extraordinary, from copy write up to signage and print media Ula has it covered, her creative genius is invaluable to our DMC product.

Rony Bole, Fiji and Rosie’s DMC “Mr Personality”, with extensive knowledge experience as a tour guide specialising in C&I groups Rony a  walking talking encyclopedia and lonely Planet guide will inform insight and entertain your group. Immensely proud of his native heritage Rony will bring colour and add flavour to any group of any size. Favourite Fijian Phrase “My fiji is beautiful but the beauty of all this is the Soul of my people!

Lidia Naudreudre O’Neill, Group Coordinator Manager Lidia the planner and backbone of the ops team, plans and coordinates the movements of the DMC crew, passionate about her role and always manages a smile even when the pressure is on! “ I am a VIRGO, a commentator, a leader, who loves to share the knowledge of my multi-culture, history and my role. When I laugh, I laugh my head off…..before you can see or meet me you will know I’m in there because you can hear me!


Prunella Fong, Administration Assistant The latest addition to the DMC team with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Tourism and Economics, Prunella, being an admin whiz and coming from a strong customer service background as cabin crew officer for Fiji Air LTD, she is well equipped in managing “behind the scenes” and assisting the team whilst out in the field, and clearly not afraid of heights!
